RINGWORM ❓❓ (Tinea Capitis, Tinea Corporis, Dermatophytes) 🔵 Mainly Caused by Fungi . 🔵 Commonly fubgi - Trichophyton, Microsporum, and Epidermophyton. 🔵 Not serious and are usually easily treated. However, they are contagious and easily spread. It Can be Spread by Number of ways- 1. Skin to Skin Contact. 2. Shared Object & Shared Surfaces. 3. Infected Soil. 4. Weak Immune System. 5. Contact with infected person. 6. Living in a damp, warm climate. Prevention- -- Wash the hands thoroughly after touching or treating the ringworm lesion. -- Keep the infected area clean and dry. -- Do not touch frequenly infected area. -- Be sure to dry the skin fully, as fungus thrives in moist areas.
