So health belongs to everyone,from its different aspects.

Health means not only one's physical health,but mental also.

As health is run by vital force, which is triunity of our life,viz,mind,body and soul,

If these three components are working in a balanced manner,so we can say,it is Health or Healthy body.


But if any one of these three components is imbalance,may be say body is Unhealthy or imbalanced functions.


What is the cause?

So cause may be variable or varies from person to person,

Either it can be social, physical or can be mental cause.


Degree or intensity or cause may vary from person to person or body to body.






Physical causes includes infection, disease,weather or any environmental factors.


Mental health imbalance by mental causes,like behaviour,thoughts,

Where social also quite similar to mental cause, Behaviour with our surroundings, relationship with neighbours or society or how one communicate with others.


These three are the triangle of health,physical ,mental and social factors.





They are interconnect to each other,

As ability of thinking,doing and behaving are present in a same body,

Some may hide it or some show these through bodily expressions.


As good mental health can positively affect your physical health and social health and vice versa.


As health plays a big role in our well being esp mental health,if we are mentally fit then it is to be say that we are fit physically and socially.


As today's generation/society living with a high mental health imbalance,due to job loss, relationship issue, family issue, financial issue,

these factors trigger mental health soon as well as physical too.


Furthermore,the way that people experience

their mental illness can increase their susceptibility of increasing or developing physical health.

Mental illness can impact on physical health bt decrease in energy level by adopting unhealthy eating, sleeping and living.

This can successively increases physical health and other morbid health issues.




Management of mental health




As possible as avoid the things that triggers your mental health.


Living in a calm state of mind,as if the problem is big,then solution is also there.


Think confidently and calmly,so that the stress doesn't reach to the mental sphere of health.


Do yoga and pranayam to relieve stress.


Eat healthy,sleep early,

Wake up early.


Do meditation for atleast 5-10 minutes.
